POFC ownership was
changed upon share purchase by Singapore-based Blackhorse Asset
Management who owns 57% of POFC after late March this year. In the
annual shareholder meeting held on June 27, a new Board of Directors
was formulated chaired by Dr. Cyril Chiang on behalf of Blackhorse Asset
Management. The new board further appointed Mr. Robert Chiang the
President of POFC and Dr. Hen-Tai Shang the Chief Technology
Officer. Both also serve directors in the board. |
