BendSafe™ Rugged Drop Cable
The experience with the installation and operation of Fiber To The Home(FTTH) demands new innovative products. Especially, drop cables are required both indoor cable features: simple, small and light weight, and outdoor field damp, dirty environment applications. With the innovative GGP technology of mechanical reliability improvement and several hundred times more bendable and durable than the standard single mode optical fiber, POFC developed this simple 3mm, high bending strength and fiber self-protection drop cable for FTTH application. This high bending strength optical fiber cable meets both indoor bendable, light weight requirements and field damp, dirty environment applications.
